WITTI Grow is an automated marketing service operated by WITTI Technology Limited ("we", "us"). By using our service at wittigrow.com, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
• One person or business per account

3. What we provide

WITTI Grow provides:

• Marketing audits and competitor analysis for your website
• AI-generated marketing content (text and images) for your review
• Scheduled publishing to connected social media platforms
• Analytics and performance tracking

All content is generated as suggestions. You review and approve every post before it is published. We never publish without your explicit approval.

4. Content ownership

• Content generated by WITTI Grow for your business belongs to you
• You grant us a license to store and process your content to provide the service
• You are responsible for ensuring published content complies with platform rules and local laws

5. Platform connections

When you connect social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), you authorize us to access and publish content on your behalf. You can disconnect any platform at any time from your dashboard settings.

We comply with each platform's terms of service and API policies. If a platform revokes our access, we will notify you and pause publishing to that platform.

6. Pricing and billing

• Free audits are available without an account
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use WITTI Grow to:

• Publish spam, misleading, or harmful content
• Violate any laws or platform terms of service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your business
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse our AI systems

8. Limitation of liability

WITTI Grow is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all content before approval. We are not liable for any damages resulting from published content that you approved.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
